Applications for the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) Arrangement that enables essential travel for business and official purposes between Singapore and Germany can be handed in via the Singaporean-German Chamber of Commerce (SGC) for travel from Singapore to Germany and via the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore for travel from Germany to Singapore. The RGL will apply to direct flights between the two countries. Participants will have to abide by Covid-19 prevention and public health measures. Among others, participants will be subject to increased testing. Holders of the safe travel pass will also have to adhere to their itineraries and keep their contacts during their trip to a minimum. For business travels from Singapore to Germany, the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) will issue the necessary “Safe Travel Pass”.
