Recover Together, Recover Stronger - Intertwining Policy and Business in the Indo-Pacific

Last year, the German government published the policy guidelines on the Indo Pacific to expand its co-operation with the region. It emphasizes the importance of South East Asia as part of further diversifying Germany’s and the EU’s relations with the region.

One year later, a panel discussion and dialogue addressed a major aim of the policy guidelines’ which is to avoid unilateral dependencies by diversifying partnerships and how to further intertwine policy making and enterprises. Listen in to an intriguing discussion on the ideas shared, how Germany and German enterprises should react to the unfolding situation as the Indo-Pacific moves further into the geoeconomic and geopolitical focus.

The event was jointly organized by the Singaporean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany with the support by the German Asia-Pacific Business Association and the German Embassies in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
